For Technical and Vocational Education (TVEE) candidates in Cameroon, Engineering Drawing is one of the most critical papers. Drawing requires high spatial reasoning, absolute precision, and strict adherence to international drawing standards.

1. Standardize your Equipment

Never walk into the exam hall with low-quality drawing materials. Ensure you have:

  • A rigid T-square that does not wobble.
  • High-grade set squares (30/60 and 45).
  • 2H pencils for construction lines, HB pencils for outlines, and H pencils for lettering.

2. Perfect your Orthographic Projections

Cameroon TVEE heavily tests 1st Angle and 3rd Angle projections. Make sure you understand how to align:

  • Front elevation.
  • End elevation (looking from left or right).
  • Plan view (looking from the top).

Pro Tip
PREMIUM

Constructing auxiliary views and isometric projections under strict exam time limits is key. Set a timer when practicing drawing sheets!
